I've logged in successfully, but I don't have access to the things I expected I would

If this is the case, it is most likely that you are duplicated on the system, and you have logged in with the 'wrong' identity.

If you're certain that you're an existing Club Administrator...

Go to our home page, and, using the search feature, find your club. Next to your club logo, you'll see some links. Under the 'More' link, click on Admins. This lists your current Club Administrators

If your name appears on the list, then it's clear that you have been logging in with the wrong details. Contact another Club Administrator and ask them to send you log in details.

If your name doesn't appear on the list, you're not an existing Club Administrator. In that case, see the article below on how to become one.

If you're certain that you're a Club Member...

Then contact your club. They can send you your log in details.

Go to our home page, and, using the search feature, find your club. Next to your club logo, you'll see some links. Under the 'More' link, click on Admins. This lists your current Club Administrators. If you aren't in contact with them, you need to find out who they are - as they run your club.

If you are expecting to see something else...

Again, you're logged in with the 'wrong' identity - contact info@fixtureslive.com, explaining what the issue is.
