This article is for clubs wanting to remove members.

A Club Administrator can set a member to ex-member. An individual can also request to be removed from the system. Please see the relevant articles.

There can be reasons why some of the information needs to be retained. The most common reasons are: the member has appearances/events, a league registration record, member is with one than one club.

Of course, we understand current privacy legislation, and we always respond to requests from individuals, to comply with the law.

We hope clubs will understand why we can't remove all its member data in bulk.
