My club is merging with another club - what needs to happen?
This depends on whether either club has past league data, or other important historical data (such as player registration data).
You obviously need to let us know which club is to close, and if the remaining club is to be renamed, then see the related article.
In clubs with a long history, and many teams in different competitions, this can be fairly complex; we will of course discuss this with you, and consult with relevant leagues before implementing.
